My neice treated me and my sister for JUNETEENTH so we cooked some southern foods (grits/shrimp, chicken, kale, tossed salad, Mac n cheese, jalapeño corn bread muffins and peach cobbler for dessert). Would HIGHLY recommend cooking with Chef???Food: 5/5
Just went for a cooking class with my wife. Last time she went with our daughter it was 8 participants. This time there were 21 excluding us two. The kitchen was approximately 350 square feet but not even room for 23 participants excluding the three instructors. Did not get a chance to cook all the dishes on the menu because there were too many of us in the class. We were divided into “teams” and assigned a dish to cook. The food each team cooked was good just was disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to cook all the dishes.
Chef taught me to cook! We made what i titles the “Cleveland Gumbo” bc our team was the underdog favorite… I’m definitely coming here again!
Cooking with Chef Wells was a wonderful experience. We had so much fun. He is funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. He really knows how to engage a group. We did the Tex Mex theme. We were split into 4 competing groups. We made quesadillas, pork tenderloins, salad with ranch from scratch and homemade pickled onions, Mexican brownies, 5 alarm chili, bean salsa regular salsa. Everything was delicious and the winning group took home medals bragging rights. I would definitely recommend.
