Yours Truly Playhouse Square

This is a great place to get a cheap meal near Playhouse Square, the food is very good and the service is wonderful, like a cafeteria atmosphere, not a beautiful place at all, but they have good food, good prices and excellent staff. Would recommend it and would definitely return.

I was in the Cleveland region with each of your True. We had a big group, and they were short employees, happy that our server was amazing. The food was consistent and good, but the restaurant itself was dirty and needs some serious repairs and DC.

Just beware that this restaurant has a second floor that can only be accessed via stairs. When we made our reservation, we didn't realize that we should specify ground floor. My Mom uses a cane and had to walk up a large, non-enclosed flight of stairs (backs were open). It's not very handicapped accessible. The only first floor option was right by the door and we would have been freezing, as it was a December night. Food was just OK. I don't think there is anything special about YT food anyhow. Our NOTSO fries were burnt. Most of the time, they are the main reason to go there, so that was a slight disappointment. Otherwise, our server was nice, just super busy. She did bring a water pitcher out for our table after seeing that our group of 7 would need it, or more attention. Overall, I guess I'd go again if we were going to Playhouse Square, esp now that Otto's is closed. There are not many other kid-friendly, reasonable options within walking distance.

Went before performance at Playhouse Square got seated at 5:15 not crowded but did get crowded later on food was outstanding artichoke appetizer was fantastic highly recommend before going to the theater but make sure you leave yourself enough time

I had made reservations for Yours Truly (Playhouse Square via Open Table. There was a conflict as to when everyone would be able to arrive so I switched the time from 5:15 to 6PM. We arrived at 6. The twit who was the host said we were late and he couldn 't seat us. I explained I had changed the time when the confirmation was sent. He said he still showed us at 5:15, we were late, and couldn 't seat us. (There were empty seats at the bar area. Yes, it was busy. Yes, we had changed the reservation. But this person made no effort to accommodate us. His uppity attitude was a real turn off. So that 's it for Yours Truly. We 'll find somewhere else to have dinner before a theatre production.
