Turn Kitchen At The Ritz-carlton Cleveland

The atmosphere was beautiful. the host was kind. our waitress was a little ravag and seemed awkward, although there was a small number of people. I ordered the black garnel that was tasteful, but salty. my man ordered the braided short rib, which was good, but unseasonal. the drinks were good, but over price; we knew before. on his birthday, my man got a supplementary dessert that was nice and enough for both of us to enjoy. the overall experience was decent and I would recommend it to others to try for one night, but I am in no hurry to return.

We had an excellent experience in the turn bar. we celebrated an early New Year's celebration with our family. eating was amazing and service was top notch. we were treated from beginning to end to the highest level of courtesy and respect. ritz carlton is an industry leader.

Food was great, atmosphere was trendy and comfy. Maybe the best part was our server Julie, she was beyond hospitable and put the best personal touch on our experience. Would definitely recommend!

We love Turn Kitchen and our server. We did wait a while to get our food. The food was good except my husband had the Calamari and the sauce it came with was very thick and pastie. Everything else was good.
