The Burnham - Cleveland

Very disappointed. Got to the buffet no potatoes, no eggs, no bread, only 1 bagel. Staff was not very pleasant when we asked to replenish the $30 per person buffet. Realize it was the Browns opener but should have been better prepared. Bright note bar staff was great.

Great service. The chef’s choice pizza was excellent.

A good start to the day. The food choices for breakfast are diverse and offer quality food choices.

Would mostly recommend the Burnham for the convenience of being in the hotel which is attached to the convention center.
