Bidrage med feedbackThe manager there that wear his glasses and is balding, is extremely disrespectful. I show up there waiting for my pick up because the app told me that it was ready, and I wait for 10 minutes with no response. When I tell him I have a pick up order, he then tells me he doesn’t have my order, and then walks away for me. I explain to him that I am on my break and I really can’t wait, and his response back was “ we don’t even get brakes so?”. Why would you ever say that to a customer? And you’re supposed to be the manager. Extremely unprofessional.
Besides the slow drive thru service, I ordered Taco Bell Grande nachos, and chips tasted so nasty, like super old oil!!! So I couldn’t eat them and had to throw food out.
Too many incorrect orders lately. Have to be done for a while. Shorted me Doritos taco from my box and sour cream add on for my soft tacos. Happened with drive thru and online orders at this point. I'll got to Swenson's and Arby's instead.
Are you kidding me? I get it. The food doesn't look like the pictures. But 90% shell on the soft tacos, burritos wrapped in not one, but three wrappers because they were left with open ends so whatever little filling inside was spilling out?I don't know what crew they had working on 8/22/23 at 7PM but they need either retrained or fired and the supervisor needs a swift kick.I don't expect commercial looking food but this was abysmal. Everything looked like it was thrown together just so they could get to a smoke break.
I bought 3 hard chicken tacos and 2 soft chicken tacos and they were the worst tacos I have ever had. There was no chicken on the tacos. They put 3-4 tiny pieces on each taco. You would think when a taco costs almost $4 you would get more chicken. Also, with no one behind me i was asked to go up front to wait for the order. They are usually a good place to eat. Maybe I have to try another taco bell.
