Taco Bell - Cleveland

Out of ice .wait extremely long..manager aware refused to get ice.. not very freindly here

It's far more expensive in Cleveland than in other cities for one. They almost always have horrible customer service. The foods quality is also poor like in new caney and Porter.

Wowwww, the atmosphere is super good and the food is delicious.

They mess my order up on purpose n those employees never wash there hands

My wife and I decided to go out and get our residents some tacos and cheesey bean burritos for supper one night last week 03/03/2014. I got the food home and everyone to the table and put their food in front of them and there were little baby roaches (alive) inside the wrappers and in their tacos. We contacted the store and they just blew us off as if they didn't care. One person even laughed about it. The General manager was supposed to call us back or have the corporate office call us on this matter. A week later still no call back. We spent $70.00 give or take a few on the food that we couldn't even eat. I'm going to post the pictures of the roaches for all to see. We're waiting for an attorney to call us about this. Thinking about sending pictures to the news channels.
