Starbucks - Cleveland

In this week on coffee held red velvet was really good. the dame on the front cloged add rasberry to my white chocolate mocha and let me say I fell in love. my daughter didn't like her caffeine mocha ha. will come more often.

I used to go to this location often. I love my chia tea latte with whip! The staff is usually great... But, honestly, after my last experience, I'll probably give my business to the Starbucks on Euclid.After returning to Cleveland 2 days late, multiple flight cancellations and reroutes due to local weather. Visibly travel worn and with bags in tow, I just wanted get my tea and a quick change on my phone to order a car.Imagine my surprise to learn that sitting all by myself in the window seat is now a security risk. A security officer found it necessary to inform me that I cannot sit there. I explained myself and that I'd be on my way shortly. This was not satisfactory to him. He proceeded to stare, pace and pretend to call someone, who? I dunno.After a brief exchange, admittedly not my grandest moment, I wound my cord, took my bags and sloshed through the slush to find a warm and welcoming place to order my car.How does hiring a security gaurd to kick out your guests make any sense in the long term success of your company, I do not know. (Especially, in the day of social media, online ratings and comments.)This is especially disappointing as it is a gay owned location. As a member and avid supporter of the LGBT community this location appears to be no longer welcoming or gay (happy).Remember when the flu was just a flu?When a sneeze got you a cheerful God bless you And, a cough got you a, would like some soup Does anyone else remember when we could just sit and gather ourselves enjoying our favorite beverage at a starbucks??? Ahhh, the good Ole days! (Winter 2019/20)

Terrible attitudes here.This store is wanting to unionize. They will make a bad name for shops legitimately wanting to do so.They dont dont care for customers along with corporate. Just themselves.

Stayed there for hours. Nice atmosphere, nice people. Friendly and outgoing.

My go to Starbuck on my way to work. Macha tea lette my fave. Only drink I get, addicted to it.
