Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I have heard many good things about this place, so I decided to try it with some friends. The worst experience I have ever experienced during a first visit to every institution!!! Waiting is longer than it should be... then the Jordan server came as a snobby when it first went to our table. This was later exemplified with their lack of compassion for me, and my people (a black one, a white one), as their customer service skills were subpar. But she showed these abilities with the way she talked to a gentleman sitting in the corner that told us that the Steakhouse Burger was good (it was), and two older women sitting behind us. She has addressed her with thanks and a good day. Nothing closer came to us. But after the offer to my two guests, she gave drinking refills, but no such offer came to me, the one who closes the bill!! Therefore the 10% tip.. I shouldn't have given one. The only tip that this young lady deserved was that I told her that next time she did a better job!!! I will not return!

I always wanted to visit Red Robin, because I'm a fan of handicraft castles. Today I visited Rocky River Red Robin. Shown are the garlic fries (unfortunately I was too hungry and ate my delicious Scorpion Burger before I capture it photographically! I found the staff both friendly and responding to my needs to ensure that my culinary experience was a good one. I enjoyed the decor, groundless appetizers (frries, side salad and proximity to my return machine (RTA). I first went to another place, but finally glad I chose Red Robin. 5/5

You know why I always give them opportunities to redeem themselves. One of the sadest burgers? The Golden Arches could give them a run for their money. For lunch and only 4 tables were on the restaurant, but I think that's what's going to be ?rush for this kind of restaurant?

A delicious repast: Red Robin crafts burgers and unlimited apps (Garlic Fries shown, the Scorpion Burger got no chance to be photographed because he's a fend for it, I'm sorry! The staff in the Rocky River location was very attentive and friendly. I look forward to returning to my anniversary of our sun. 5/5

Well thats what I created at red robin. Just add a crispy chicken patty to your burger. World changing! And only cost 1.99 to add. Just make sure to ask for a fry fill if your getting a Togo order. They definitely stepped down on their fry portion sizes since I've worked there.
