They have taken all covid precautions very seriously. The containers have their own TVs so you can put on bad YouTube videos, so that's a win.
We were looking forward to going to this place because we love Platform Brewery’s unique beer flavors. Hearing that they had cool outdoor storage shed seating was even more enticing of an idea. Sadly we were wrong about how cool it would be.Upon arriving we were asked to sign a Contact Tracing Form which was the first time we have been presented with this type of information request. I was very uncomfortable giving my information for this type of form, especially since it’s outdoor seating and we are secluded from other people. At least the staff was friendly and even showed us the storage sheds since it was our first time there. But since there was barely anyone there they didn’t have that available for seating. They would only seat people in the outdoor igloos.Upon entering the igloos we noticed the zipper to close the entrance was torn and let the warm air out from the tiny Dyson heater inside. The TV was very hard to see in the sunlight (especially with all the water stains on the screen) and the remote barely worked because the batteries were dead. We just listened to Spotify music on my phone instead. We ordered the Peach Apricot Ale and the Roselini and they were really good. Too bad it was freezing in the igloo and the cold beers did not help our situation, so we downed our beers and left. This is a cool concept but executed poorly and their only saving grace was their delicious beer. Next time we will try to Brewhouse and hopefully they don’t have the same Contact Tracing Policy.

Kinda cold in the winter but to be expected. The igloos looked in good condition and had heaters, but you can't have a dog. Igloos would have been a warmer option Were seated in a shipping container and had it to ourselves.Went on a weekday (Thursday) and had great service. The server let us pick what we wanted on the TV and control the volume which was really nice. I would not recommend the food though, only a place for beers
Even on a chilly day/night, The Lot is a good place to stay Covid safe with it's outdoor tabels and shipping containers.
