Ihop - Cleveland

That was the worst ihop we've ever been! we waited half an hour for our food, and it was like warm to say the least. our waitress brianna was never anywhere to find! had to fly a waitress to get our bill. brianna was then worried to throw us out. then the galle had an additional tipp to calculate my credit card that it doesn't deserve at all! I am not happy at all! have tried to contact the restaurant and not reach! ridiculous! if possible would give negative stars!

I was hungry so I stopped eating at this place. this place looks and needs some attention. I actually wanted to go because it doesn't just look bad, I felt uncertain when some of the customers are really loud and aggressive. No one said everything that is allowed to be loud and feed on. it reminded me of a place where people were eating while they were being negotiated somewhere. eating was just okay, but our waitress was sweet.

No stars for you. (I had to give 1 star or it would not allow me to leave this assessment). my friend and I stopped yesterday and entered your restaurant. there was a series of people. No one came to the lobby and even recognized the people. No one came and said we will be with them as soon as possible. no basic customer service at all. please train their employees to confirm all customers who support their device. that's why we went over to applebee. where we were immediately greeted when entering their restaurant. Thank you.

Oktober 2022: the family was hungry wanted to stop a place for a quick bite. I proposed ihop as they specialize in pancakes. I hadn't been in one of their restaurants in a few years and thought why they didn't try? we wanted to order some smoothies, but they were from the ingredients to make them, so we are for milkshakes. we ordered the kinderburger meal, a pancake meal, and 2 French toast meals. the food was over portioning, but we did not know that before the order. positiw: the waitress was friendly and tried her best to make our experience pleasant. the total service was okay. not fast, not slow. restaurant seemed clean. the tables and floors looked clean. the toilet was in good condition. eating was okay, but not stellar. the French toast was made with 2 super discs from Texas toast. too much for a person. negatiw: the prices were reasonable. everything came to $49.10 for a group of four. we paid cash to her $100 bill a dimm. our change came back screwed up. she gave me $50.90 I wanted to avoid the coins, but no matter that the coins were part of their tip. Conclusion: I would like to give this place a 3.5 star rating, but not in the position to rate in dezimals. it is not a true 3, but not a 4 either. only a good restaurant. I would come back, but I have no hurry to do so. Kindness: they offered me crownings and a coloring page for my children while waiting for our orders. they also have high chairs for small children park: a lot of parking, especially when you look at the surrounding shopping areas. parking should never be a problem for this place.

Stopped in for breakfast while on a weekend trip and got seated within a few minutes of walking in. There was only one waitress working at the time, it was early, probably before 0730. The waitress was fantastic. She was efficient, friendly and for as busy as she was she did not act as though she was stressed or upset that she was by herself like most people would being in her place. I've worked in the restaurant business and have personally witness how most act when they get as busy as she was and she did phenomenal. The food came out fast and it was exactly as we ordered it. Very happy with our stop here and would definitely recommend stopping by this restaurant for a meal! Kudos to the waitress for doing such an outstanding job...I wish I knew her name to recognize her but unfortunately I don't.
