Cracker Barrel - Cleveland

After a disappointing experience at the Ooltewah location, my husband and I decided to have dinner at the Cleveland location and we were pleasantly surprised. Despite being busy, we were promptly seated and our server, Matthew, was attentive and friendly. Our food arrived quickly, within 5-10 minutes. Despite the crowds, Matthew made sure our drinks were always topped up and was incredibly kind. We definitely enjoyed our experience at this restaurant.

Fast service, good food.we have eaten there several times, never disappointed.

Saturday was our last night in Cleveland TN. So we had to eat here at Cracker Barrel. We had the greatest waiter Zachary. He made us feel like we were a guest in his own home. The food was great but Zachary just put the icing on top of the cake to make it a great night.

The food and service are always top-notch at this restaurant. I ordered the hamburger steak with a side of okra and macaroni and cheese, and everything was delicious.

Food was good: I had a veggie plate. Our waitress saw that one of my servings was small. So, she went back to kitchen and got me another serving. She did everything that she could to make sure that we had everything we needed. Also, a manager checked on us 2 or 3 times. Waitress got us a to/ go box as well as a to go coffee. Thanks for everything.
