Burger King - Cleveland

Is waiting for more than 15 minutes after the order. a woman came from the restaurant that was in her car and was pulled before the car before me. I didn't pay, so I pulled out of the line. I wasn't waiting for a new job for someone who killed the 4 cars in the line. she should have been sent away.

This burger king has the best customer service from any fast food chain that I have already been. Breakfast and dinner staff are always super sweet and friendly. I would give them 10/10 to rent really friendly people. eating is always fresh.

Ordered a double chopper meal with a big shake, the shake was a small. the burger was not an salate, not a pickle. I looked under the bungalow and it had a lot of mayo and a little tomaten. I asked where the wobble is, and a woman who made sandwiches screamed with an evil look at her face and said we were out of the wobble. service is sucked. food: 1/5

First, service incredibly slow, they give them the advantage, there might have been a lack of workers. Secondly, they don't know what a big fry is. half filled containers. Third, one of the sandwiches was wrong, and they had no taste. no wonder that burger king has disappeared from this opposite. went from ok to garbage....we will not protect this place, or any other burger king

I went to this place at about 10:00 p.m. all the lights were off. I drove around the drive-thru because I seen another car paying at the window but it looked like this place was closed. As I drove around the back there was about five or six employees out in the back smoking and hanging out obviously wanted to close early and not do any work.I hope the owner of this Burger King reads this and fires them all. This occurred August 9th 2022 whoever you had working on the night shift. I ordered two burgers a fry and a drink and because everybody was outside smoking and they left the one guy in the store to make the order it took 10 minutes. Why bother workin a job if you're not prepared to work your full shift this seems to be a common trend with Burger Kings and Taco bells.
