Buffalo Wild Wings - Cleveland

So our service was good tonight, but the food was very disappointing. The small amount of halfway cooked fried pickles was only the start. Our wings came out cool, not cold but not hot. My fries came out cold and old. She brought me another order right out and said these should be hot. They were, straight from under a warmer. The boneless wings were well over cooked and dried out too. We will not be going back. This is one of my daughters favorites and it?s a shame we will have to drive further now.

Past few times we?ve been there the wait for food has been considerably longer than expected and the service is always flat line?meaning not great, but not bad. The food has always met my expectations. I?d like to see more upbeat music played on the radio since it?s always turned up. No one goes to B-Dubs to hear slow tempo music but I guess I?m comparing Cleveland to West Knoxville so maybe the vibe here is just different haha.

Update: Improved service for the dine in experience. Faster and same friendly service. So changed to 4 stars. Old review: Service is usually very slow here but, this last time, much better. The servers are always friendly though.

Everytime we are here they are out of food. The hostess/take out individual was very unhelpful. We were told they are about to be out of wings and burgers. So we asked, are you or are you not out? We were told about to . So we try and order to immediately be told by the staff member that we 're out. Ridiculous. Poor service and always seem to have a problem when we go in. Likely won 't return.

For a place that sells wings, they still haven't mastered getting them done quickly. Take out orders can take forever. They have a new manager though, and its better. 30 minutes last time for takeout and they were on time.
