Placed order thru Uber isst. I received my order and I was disappointed with the boy. I burned three hash wounds I could add. Sandwiches were good, but we also order half dozen donuts. Only one of the six was right. I'll never order from this place again. Donut King on the street is a thousand times better.

I ordered 3 boxes of coffee with DoorDash for a funeral service, which I could not participate due to a conflict with my work plan. The family requested coffee for the repast, and I ordered the coffee 5 days before the service. The restaurant canceled my order when the driver arrived to pick up my order because they did not ?accommodate? My order. I tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. In such times, people rely on delivery services to pick orders for them for less contact. I was horrified to know that they made the order in the last minute, without extended notification, so that other agreements could be made. I frequent Dunkin quite often for personal and business purchases, I hate that this one restaurant makes me a second look at the quality of customer service that represents the company. If you use an external delivery service such as Door Dash or Grub Hub, you might want to think twice about the order from this restaurant. A very disappointed customer

The prices are good, the food is okay, but the service is one of the worst I've ever had. I'll go to this dunkin every week. the manager must either better check his rentals or train them for high quality customer service.

Wanted to pretend they were closed for 30 minutes before Online said they were closed. Could do what I tried to order because they clean the sandwich machine while still open, so I decided to go somewhere what actually wants to make money. Needs better staff.
