Chick-fil-a - Clemson

Excellent service. All employees are very competent, but Brian has always given fantastic service with a smile. Although the campus is generally slower post-COVID, this Chick Fil A continues.

Dear mystery worker, thank you for taking care of my friends. They have only spoken highly of your exceptional customer service. From the multiple stories that my lads have shared with me, I just know that this guy isn't your regular Chick-fil-A worker. No, no, no, this guy goes above and beyond what is already considered amazing customer service. If you're lucky, you'll walk through the door and be greeted by this ray of sunshine. He seems like the type of guy that would travel across the continent to ask you how your day has been. Your girlfriend/boyfriend broke up with you? No problem, he will let you cry on his shoulder while listening to your problems. Need a therapist? No problem, this dude will cure your depression and put a big smile on your face. You found out that you were adopted? No problem, this dude will make you feel as if you're part of the family. Do I think he deserves a $100 tip every day? Yes. Do I think he deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life? Absolutely. Everyone in this universe should know about this man. Give this man a fat raise.

I thought I knew customer service, and that was all changed when I met Brian. Brian talked to me like he has known me forever, he complimented my choice on the menu, asked me how my day was going and he even apologized for the wait even though it only took a minute. Brian if you see this man, you're doing great, keep up the good work.

We've all had Chick-Fil-A, so I won't go into the food, but the service is pretty good! I wish they would staff it more though, because as soon as the lunch rush hits, those poor couple of employees have to deal with the unholy amount of undergrads, grad students, and employees that are all hunting so viciously for a decent chicken sandwich. Fortunately this location does Tapingo (I guess GrubHub now? so you can order before you ever get there, but sometimes even that gets extremely clogged up. The staff is friendly though, especially when the line isn't so long.

Busy all the time and frequently there are no seats, but a large improvement from the previous food establishment.
