Mcalister's Deli - Cleburne

I ate almost a plastic day and when I made the personal note of it, they said nothing

I wanted a BLT without avacado this store charges 2dollars for avacado my sandwich was over 8 dollars I asked manager to adjust the price accordingly why should anyone pay for something they don't want refused I went down the street to another restaurant and got a BLT with fries for only 4.45 I will never go to this McAlister's again....no customer service what ever happened to customer is always right definitely not worth the money or the extra time you have to wait for your foodI STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE GO HERE

Ordered veggie sandwiches since we were vegetarian, and usually at other locations they are very well made. When we got our sandwiches, they had a few pieces of spinach and tomato not all the ingredients listed. We asked the girl to just put the rest of the ingredients on, especially because there were super dry. When our food came back again, the manager came on and told us that “for next time, just ask us to add those ingredients instead of making us make the whole thing” with a really bad attitude we didn’t even talk to her in the first place. She didn’t even wait for us to say anything and she just rolled her eyes and left.

I ordered a half wrap and half sandwich and my coworker also ordered a half wrap and the size difference is incredible. I literally got a two inch wrap

Drive thru, we were handed half of our online order and given our two drinks that had no peach in it . Once we asked for the rest of our order the manager I’m assuming raised her voice at us . Not only that but when she handed me our soup it was spilling at the side there was no plastic wrap which they normally wrap it to prevent spills . I would expect a manager to check orders before handing them out to ensure all items ordered are in the bag . The receipt was even taped on the bag . Sadly this is the 3rd bad experience at this location. Bread bowl was out last time and they said here’s a cookie since we don’t have bread bowls … ok . Yeah burleson next time.
