The Brown Boxer South Beach

A real bar, not a tourist trap. Best prices on drinks, bartender was great. Food was very good and portions are HUGE. This is where the locals and industry people go and for good reason. Beware though, if you want dancing robotic crabs on the walls and souvenir alligator head cups that say CLEARWATER this is not your place.

It was nice that it wasn't overly crowded. The server did a great job. The food all tasted good. With 3 orders of fish and chips, there was a noticeable difference in portion size between them. There was a musician playing in the room opposite from us and the crowd was singing along. It was nice that they could all enjoy the music but it was loud with a lot of people off key.

Italian Beef egg rolls were really good…but we came for BINGO! Was sad to hear it was their last night hosting it. ???

Amazing place to watch the playoffs. Off the beaten path and not overcrowded. Good food and amazing service and lots of tvs. Stop in for some nfl.
