Pizza Hut - Clearwater

Ordered online, pizzas they were great. The only issue is it was my first time there and I was looking for a stand alone location, it is not, it is located in the plaza. The pics show a stand alone location, not the plaza, not sure if that’s a different location or was the previous one but they should be deleted.

It took 2 hours to get a single $26 cold pizza. I was very disappointed and was very tired to answer where 's the pizza? from my friends and then we had to wait another 15 minutes to warm up the lifeless extremely over expensive cakes. I was very disappointed and it ruined the movie night.

Order a large pizza, but they sent me a medium. the paprika ordered and only pfefferoni placed on the half of the pizza. the pizza was not hot, only barely warm, so I had to reheat it. total money wasted for me.

Delivery guy was nice but I have photos of how the pizza arrived. Whomever put this inside the pizza box had to know this was unacceptable. I’m very funny about food so if one slice looks distorted then I don’t feel comfortable eating the pizza at all. I tried calling but recording stated that the call center was closed? Yet close at 12? Make it make sense. I would like a refund. I will gladly provide pictures. Thank you kindly

Cheyanne was absolutely phenomenal, she made sure my food was on time and absolutely delicious and made me feel like this is a family owned business. Her professionalism was outstanding and I will 100% be coming back to this Pizza Hut
