Bidrage med feedbackI would like to thank Robert and the staff at this restaurant for their excellent service. 99% of the time, I have had no issues with my orders. The Dashers are always vigilant in ensuring that my food purchases are properly sealed and delivered in the same condition as when they were given to them. The food is always hot, undamaged, and shows no signs of mishandling or tampering. I appreciate that this location consistently uses multiple stickers to seal the bags and attach the receipt securely. This attention to detail is essential for food safety. Unfortunately, in one recent delivery, my food appeared to be tampered with and half of it was already eaten. The bag was not properly sealed, the sandwiches were smashed, and the XL cup of fries was only half full. It was disappointing to realize that the Dasher had bypassed the restaurant's food safety measures, especially considering the cost of the item. The delivery was also delayed, with the Dasher being in another county across the bay while I waited for my order. There were no updates or communication about the delay. I appreciate Robert's care and attention to detail in his tasks, but the service provided by the other Dasher was not up to par. I felt it was important to share my experience to highlight the difference in service quality. Thank you to Robert and the restaurant staff for their excellent service.
The Crispy Fish Sandwich was overcooked, I cut my gums firs bite. The wings were very undercooked. I waited an extra 10 minutes for my order.
The restaurant served me old food that was disgusting and cold, with a bad taste.
This restaurant experience was terrible. I didn't receive any of the sauces I paid for with my tenders, the tenders were undercooked, the funnel fries were disgusting, and my milkshake had already melted.
Sprite machine needed to be changed I received a cup of carbonated water.
