Bidrage med feedbackThis was bar far one of my worst chick fil-a experiences. I will start by saying its Nov 26 and I am traveling home from my Thanksgiving family get together so I understand it may have been busier than usual but the staff did nothing to help thesituation. As a former Chick fila employee (I worked there for 4 plus years at a top 3 store in Florida) so I know andunderstand from experience how they work and operate and this is not it. We got in line at 10:20 looking to get breakfast, itwas a long line but I felt comfortable waiting knowing chick fil-a is quick and they would get us through and in time forbreakfast, and if not then I assumed that since we are in line before 10:30 they should have served us breakfast or at leastoffered a Digital offer coupon for the wait. But boy was I wrong, we proceeded to wait in line for 22 mins and past thebreakfast end time. As we waited we watched only two order takers take orders very slowly and with little to no enthusiasm orfriendliness. Each would take a single order and then make the drinks but only one drink at a time with no concern to hurry andget to the next customer. After about 10 mins of waiting both order takers finished their orders and drinks and then proceededto stock their area and get more lemonade and tea all before then going and taking a personal drink break of about thirtyseconds. I say all of this and it sounds like im ranting however I do again come from chick fil-a background (and so does mywife at the same store for 6 plus years) so we understand this situation completely and have been in it many times. I'm not somuch frustrated with the order takers but more so with the management who left them out to dry and struggle for more than anhour, especially when the would check the length of the line make eye contact with customers and do nothing to help. Once wemade it to the register we asked if they were doing breakfast and the answer was no with a sorry excuse for an apologyfollowing.
Service was slower than normal, only one cashier on inside for dine in. She did apologize for our wait. Breakfast was good and freshly prepared. Atmosphere was noisy a bus load of older people unloaded and stood in front of our table complaining abouttheir bus trip. They used the bathrooms but only 2 ordered something to drink everyone else got back on the bus. ThisChick-fil-A seems to get a lot of pit stop only traffic. Not Chick-fil-A's fault but it does block up access thru the doors anddown the isles.
The personal was wonderfully friendly. the food was excellent. they even went out with my milkshake drink cookies.
Food was good just disappointed my sauce wasn't in the bag... I should have checked the bag b4 driving away headed back home to Atl... but overall employees nice.
Very slow service but the food was great as always. Maybe having the employees help guest instead of just standing around would improve service.
