Michael's Pizza More - Clarksville

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, as I am new to Clarksville. Unfortunately, my experience was below average. I have a few complaints, some of which have also been noted in other reviews. Firstly, the breadsticks I ordered were still doughy when I received them, and they lacked any garlic or butter flavor. I had to bake them at home to make them edible. Secondly, I ordered a Large thin crust pizza that appeared much smaller than expected, more like a Medium size. The toppings on my half hawaiian/half chicken bacon ranch pizza were sparse, making each bite mostly breading and sauce. The 20 wings I ordered were undercooked and lacked crispness, with only one sauce option available. Despite enjoying the cookies and encountering friendly staff, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I have rated it 2 stars.

I have been eating here once a week for over a year. For the last 5 months I have brought my grandbaby to eat with me some of these times. Not sure if it's under different management or what but customer service isn't the same and they aren't veryaccommodating to patrons with babies. Food is still good though.

I ordered two sandwiches, both of which were extremely salty and had burnt cheese that was stuck to the bread. I also ordered two salads, but they used Caesar salad lettuce instead of garden lettuce. The wings were also overly salty, cold, and lacked flavor other than salt. I spent $35 and it was a waste. I will not be returning. The food seemed rushed and the presentation was lackluster. Very disappointed.

The customer service was about what one would expect. The pizzas (one thin pepperoni and one hand tossed beef) were slightly above average. Their sauce is very good and is a differentiator.

I went to the restaurant to order a pizza but was disappointed with the size. I initially thought they had given me an individual sized pizza but it turned out to be a small. Despite being small, it cost $11.00 and could not serve two people. The restaurant did not acknowledge their mistake and I will not be returning. The pizza was only around 6 inches in diameter.
