Burger King - Clarksville

I think it's just the new guy, but my order was wrong. Then I was told that it would be fixed and brought to my table. Never came , so I just left. Usually it's pretty good and quick though.

I doordash a lot with this location and they have good customers service for a fast food restaurant they value my time as a dasher as well.

Got my orders all kind of messed up. Didn't include my ice cream and didn't even bother to tell me they didn't have ice cream, gave me the wrong burger when I ordered the ghost pepper burger. Gave me the wrong drink when I ordered a mello yellow, got a strawberry drink instead. Don't remember her name but the younger looking mixed employee has no customer service experience whatsoever. Super rude. Stay away or quadruple check your order before leaving.

I hate this Burger King so much the service is bad, the food quality is bad, and they always have an excuse for why they can’t do something. like tonight they can’t make burgers……….how…..how smh. I try to never go but when I’m desperate and have no choice they always ALWAYS let me down morning noon or night. I wish this was an over exaggeration but it’s not they are bad and proud because you have to drive all the way to Kentucky or tiny town for quality and they know it.

The service at counter was very slow. The cashier wasn't the friendliest. The floors were so sticky all over. Your shoes stuck to the floor. The condiments and drink area was filthy. I'll never eat at this Burger King again.
