Brand New China King - Clarksville

I really don’t understand the negative reviews for this place. I’ve been ordering delivery from here about every two weeks for the past year since I moved here (I admit, I might have a problem). For starters, the website clearly states that delivery takes an hour, so I’m not sure why anyone would be surprised by that. Today, I had an issue where my boba milk tea was forgotten, but the delivery person actually turned back around to bring it to me. Their customer service has been consistently excellent, and the food is absolutely outstanding.

Friendly and accommodating: As first-time visitors, we were unfamiliar with grilled kimchi, but the sample provided was more than enough for us to make an informed choice from the menu. This was the best kimchi I've ever had—full of rich and spicy flavors! The delicious, crispy dumplings set the tone perfectly!

I absolutely loved the chicken and broccoli combo platter; it was honestly the best tasting Asian cuisine I've had in a long time. However, the 8-piece chicken appetizer was overcooked. If it had been better, I would have given this place 5 stars. I also appreciate that they include a delivery fee for the drivers so that they’re fairly compensated for their hard work and the gas they use!
