Bidrage med feedbackIf you are a Nepali or love very typical Nepali food (not the American version), this is a place for you. This is a super cheap place with really delicious dishes. Almost all the food is good here, including Momo soup, Momo, thali, thukpa.
We had a late lunch at 4:00. Good food and nice staff. we'll be back when we're back in town.
The place was quite empty, but for a table. It was 3 a.m. after the usual lunch break. I was already high from the sound of foreign languages and the aura of cultural intrigues that penetrates the shopping center and was to look inside like a repressor. I wasn't overwhelmed. We were quickly welcomed by the waiter, who visited us in no time. Two cornala teas, garlic naan, veggie thukpa, roasted chicken Momo. The tea will cool just now it came hot like lava. After it got bear bale, it's delicious. Smoky and thick as you like masala chai. The naan was a soft, buttery, pizza wedge shape. It was so sweet, but I couldn't tell. Best Naan I've had for a long time. The veggie thukpa had buckwheat noodles very thick and easily chop into the bowl or mouth. On the top was a generous help of some regular mixed vegetables that seemed to be marinated in the same broth that fill the bowl, that was currylike in the sense that Dal floated in it gave some substance. Pretty sharp. Totally delicious. The fried chicken mom was for dying, just when it came out. The taste was somewhat less intensely rich than they cooled, but that was when I used the lime and churtney that was actually intended to season the thikpa, I have learned now, and that was the trick. Total great court, and less than one dollar to share a momo and enough. Overall categorized. Food 10/10. Efficient and tasteful. Ambience 6/10. Pretty simple, but no obstacles or distraction decor. Service 5/10. Nice Lord, seemed like he needed more help, and just a little more attention himself.
The food is authentic Nepalese tasting (almost as good as it in nepal) especially the cold chicken and chowmein. You can ask for the spice level to your pleasure and it is actually spicy when they say it will be. Naan's okay. Service and restaurant cleanliness is bad, although (as in Nepal) I would go back if in the area due to the good taste and would recommend tasting this place.
Not big fan of the food here,Chow Min is always delicious here. But sometimes the MoMo tastes weird. Still, i liked their fried momo and burning sizzlers
