The service Dinner reservations for the unli lobster buffet was a mess. Folks that just a few heads for their reservation came with extra folks were accommodated which ended up filling up the place and we had to wait in line just to enter the restaurant. When we were seated outside, the tables were still not ready and it took 30 minutes just to get the placemats and utensils. I saw one of the staff drop a fork and put it back in the pile for table setting. The sushi The salmon sashimi was frozen you still feel the ice in the middle on every bite. The tuna was pale and did not taste like any tuna I’ve had before. Even Yakimix’s sushi tasted better. The lobster it was small which is understandable, it’s unlimited. Tasted bland, overcooked and dry. Not really worth it if you love seafood. Marriot is still better buffet when it comes to service, food quality, and overall experience

If u are thinking about booking a room at Midori Clark, please read this. 1.The room looked nice at first glance but upon entry to the room, we all noticed the the room smells unpleasant and seemed like it was not properly cleaned, we opted to call Housekeeping to spray some air freshener. 2. The shower and lavatory didn't have hot water and we have had to call maintenance that took several minutes to arrive. He explained the the water has to be kept running for awhile until the pipe gets rid of stock water...3. Customer Service sucks from the Security at the Front Gate, Main Entrance up to the Food and Beverage Server at the pool... The pool is nice and we almost had it just for the 3 of us for almost 2 hrs. Good thing the water temperature was nice and warm. The pizza and spring rolls we had at the pool took a while to be served, but taste good. 4. If u are checking in with your family, never get a twin bed coz it is too small and could hardly accomodate two pax. 5. The comfort room is open type and not family-friendly. It has no door and only has partition for toilet and shower. Lacks privacy for minors. Overall experience was not as expected.

The midori Clark hotel and casino provided us with a five star experience on resting space that is defenitely exquisite, very heart warming, cozy and of the greatest quality. The rooms are spacious and great bright color very romantic for staying couples with complete ameneties.. the clark airport is very near around 3-5 minutes and located at the heart of CLARKFIELD, Pampanga

The location is also great, with plenty of nearby attractions. Overall, I'd rate Midori 5. if you're looking for a relaxing and entertaining night out i recommend you to go here.
