Jungle Jims - Clarenville

I went to Jungle Jim's last night for a birthday celebration. The service and food were excellent. Our server, Ashley, was fantastic.

On Sunday evening, we visited a restaurant at 6 o'clock for dinner and a drink. We sat at the bar where we found the staff standing around. It took a while for us to finally get a drink, as the keg was empty and nobody seemed to know how to change it. It took 20 minutes for me to receive my beer. When we asked for the TV channel to be changed so we could watch football, the waitress said the TV was "sensitive" for some reason. There was no attempt to take our food order, so we left feeling hungry and frustrated. However, on the way out, we decided to stop at Cherry for a quick bite with low expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the superb service, friendly attention, and delicious food that made us very happy. Overall, we recommend Cherry for a great dining experience and suggest avoiding Jungle Jims.

We had a delicious meal, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Our server, Keesha, was fantastic - very friendly and attentive, checking on us multiple times to ensure we were happy with everything. Even the chef came out to greet us and see how our meal was. We truly felt like we were dining in a high-class establishment. We highly recommend this place.

On Wednesday evening the evening meal with the family was fast and friendly eating was delicious and the beer cold. what else would they ask? would eat again in this place.

Waited 25 minute to be served, did not ask what we wanted to drink, after 45 more minutes of waiting, still no refills or food. 1 hour and 15 minutes in and no food, so decided to leave advised waiter whose pupils were constricted due...to being high of drugs and his confusion level was high. He then immediately brought out food which was cold from waiting and being ignored. Do yourselves a favour and take your business elsewhere until they do a staff change. Waiters and staff being under the influence of drugs while at work is unacceptable.
