I'm going to be honest. Sometimes they get your order wrong when it's really busy there, and or never answer the phone because everyone goes here. Other than that they are closed on Tuesday. So I go in there for the first time, with my service dog. I called them first as I always do so they know I have a service dog but they don't answer the phone. Everyone was very nice and friendly and then I get told that they don't allow dogs. Of course. So I told them she is a service dog. They complain she doesn't have a vest. Really? The BEST bagels in town! Their staff and owner are amazing as well.

Love there bagels and coffee and there service the only reason that keep me from giving 5 stars is that they don't honor our military or seniors with any type of discount at all!

Best place north of the river for New York-style bagels. Weekend mornings are busy but the staff keeps up with the crowd and they get pretty good turnover. Try the egg everything bagel. Edit: now closed on Sundays at 11! Unfortunate.
