Horrible customer service… pretty sure we just got ripped off too but oh well

This particular location got my coffee beverage exactly right which surprisingly has been unusual for the last few months as I travel about. Thanks for getting my midnight dark roast with one cream and one caramel swirl spot on. Very efficient staff and very clean modern facility.

Cold bacin egg and cheese breakfast sandwich YUCK also made wrong. Many other problems too many to list. A waste of 20 bucks.

Must have been 8 or 9 people behind the counter. Most were just hanging around talking. Waited too long considering the staff that was “working”.
