Cupcake Downsouth - Clarendon County

We drove across Charleston specially for this bakery. They were out of what we traveled for, and their selection was poor. Won't return.

Delicious!! I loved the Vanilla Bean; so good and not too sweet. Even though there is a lot of icing it is not overpowering.

The salted caramel chocolate and candy bar cupcakes are the best!! I have had a few cupcakes in the past that were a little disappointing, but generally, a trip to Cupcake is a sweet treat. The staff is friendly and the shops are very cute and inviting.

The cupcakes are so delicious. I love the fragrance walking in and the staff there is soon friendly.

Really good, and rich, vegan cupcake! I was so happy they had at least one choice for those who are nondairy. Highly recommend!
