Applebee's Grill - Clarendon County

Came in about 930pm two tables had people eating and there were a handful of people at the bar. Got seated and waited almost 10 minutes without ever seeing our waitress so got up and left. Not the first time we have had horrible service at this location.

I love this restaurant but tonight was terrible. The server Kevin Braxton was excellent and that was the only thing great about the experience. My party and I ordered popcorn shrimp, two racks of ribs with fries, two orders of sizzle plates of chicken and shrimp(all cold/plates no sizzle at all)plus appetizers of spinach dip with chips(stale chips). Staff were incredible! Patience and understanding. Manager working line helping staff. Great job while working extremely short.

Placed an online order and it would not let me complete the order with a gift card. Tried to call multiple times and only get busy signal. I have lived in Aiken 33 years and always had trouble with this Applebees. Just because I have a gift card giving it another try but how can you not have a phone line in service?

The food was half done poor customer service and it was freezing cold and we was told we couldn't be placed somewhere else because the temperature was the same but we were sitting right in front of the vents.
