Aqua Pizzeria - CIVITAVECCHIA

What a great day we had made the cooking class with federico at aqua restorante in civitavecchia. we were a group of 13 people from 3 different cruise ships that have several authentic Italian dishes and then sit together to eat our food with a lot.

Aqua was one of the best food experiences of fa. recommended large customer service, amazing eating, and pretty good price-to-quality/quantity. it is worth trying out if they are in town.

A group of 4 of us had a great cooking class with Frederico followed by our best meal (of course) in a month in Europe and then a tour of the local area that included the amazing Tarquinia. We made Tiramisu, aubergine parmigiana, Gnocci with...bolognese sauce and saltimbocca alla romana with veal. It was fun, informative and tasted wonderful. The tour was a bit rushed as our ship had set an earlier return time than we thought but Frederico managed to get us around and made sure we were back in time. It was 70 Euro for the cooking class and an extra 50 Euro for the tour and both are worth it. Highly recommended.

We stopped in this restaurant where we found a family atmosphere, friendly staff made us feel at home! delicious food! fresh fish! amazing pinsa! super recommended!
