Sanborn's - Ciudad Juárez

We went to eat. Eating was okay. does not think we are back, there are too many good restaurants in juarez.

They stay away unless they like haare on their meal. everything is quite bad here, including the service.

This restaurant is right next to the istay hotel, which was very comfortable for us! the fish and rice dish was my favorite and our daughter loves the tortilla soup! although the waitresses mostly spoke Spanish, they were very helpful!

Been to Sanborns in other places and also can appreciate Mexican restaurants which are not chains. But I find you can usually find reliable quality and you know what you will be getting when you go to Sanborns. A little more but it is...in a nice atmosphere, more upscale, really than a lot of other places in JRZ. Service is somewhat slow but I found that at other places too so I was thinking it was cultural. Could be wrong about that though. We had great meals, all fresh, and a great server. The molletes are great for the picky eater (kids! . Who can go wrong with beans on toasted bolillo rolls? We enjoyed the enchiladas suizas, the torta milanesa, and the Caesar Salad. The limonada with mineral water is good and something different. Oh, they also make REAL ice tea here. We had almost given up hope in JRZ because we tried it at two different restaurants and it was the powdered kind. The menu is quite large and there is something for everyone. A good choice if you have people who want spicy food and people who don't. The store is fun to browse as well and I found the prices to be fair and compare with department stores. Check out the candy store inside Sanborns to take back a sweet treat.

I went to the breakfast lasted one because and the meat was old and taste bad. I've been an expert for over 30 years, so I'll give them another try. I wanted to eat at lunch and go after a torta, after 31 minutes I started complaining to the rude participant, could not solve it, went with the superior and they said they can't do anything about it. I've lost my refund and my time.
