I ordered at 13:44 ... at 16:20 the order arrives. But of course I had to go at 4. Nobody is physically or mentally willing to wait so long for lunch. Thank you for leaving my house without lunch.

We made the request at 10:20 p.m., they warned that it arrived between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. and the order never came at 0:30 p.m. and the locals did not respond.
