Royal Tarka - City Of Swan

We had takeaway from here tonight after a recommendation from another local. All of the food was fresh and amazing and the chicken dosa was an absolute stand out. We’ll be back.

Attended Royal Tarka (Ellenbrook) in May 2018. The food was delicious and we received outstanding service. We had the Beef Rogan Josh, Chicken Biryani and Garlic Naan. The Beef Rogan Josh was one of the best I have had in Perth and we received a very generous amount of Chicken Biryani. We received 4 slices of Garlic Naan which was enough for two. Overall, a lovely place to visit. Would highly recommend this for dine-in but if not then take away is a must. Review Result: 4/5

Been there when a few of mates had partys there for birthdays and the food is amazing never had tofu before and the flavours that they use to infuse with it amazing

Nice decor and staff. Food was packed full of flavor. Butter chicken was not like your normal tasting one, but still very nice. Beef korma was absolutely delicious. Will be back again. :

It is by far the only Indian Restaurant in Ellenbrook who offer quality tasty food and hence a regular place for us. With numerous visits and take-aways I can ouch for their consistency, except one instance when the vegetarian biryani was ruined (may be a different chef that night). Flavours and spices are just neat and is very close to authentic Indian made food. They are pretty ungenerous in terms of chutneys. They only provide tamarind chutney with samosa and no mint chutney. Either do only tamarind or mint not both. You will need to pay extra if you need both. A petty thing to note but they do appear arrogant and not know how to take care of regular faithful customers.
