Kfc - City of Spruce Grove

I have yet to come here and not be parked. Since the date of opening, they are either out of items or you must wait for up to 15 mins for your food to be brought to your parked car. I understand timing. However, I feel as though the timing is being manipulated by parking every car that comes through.

We decided that we wanted KFC tonight. After we ordered and payed for our meal they told us it would take 15-20 minutes. At the 25 minute mark I decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. Turns out it would take another 4 minutes. When I finally had waited 35 minutes for my 15-20 minute order. I got cold fries….not slightly warm fries….cold fries. I definitely don’t recommend this location and they will officially be put on the fast food ban list. What’s the point of having a drive through if it takes 35 minutes and a trip inside to finally get cold food.

Been there twice, never again the food is so dry it most have been sat under the heater all day. If I didn't leave so far away I would of gone back for a refund. Couldn't eat it, it was that bad. And I eat anything.
