Raw Juice And Smoothie

Something went very wrong this morning. Forgot about me? Short staffed? Got a muffin right after worker emptied the trash. No hand washing. Ordered two small lattes to go. Took over 10minutes. They were only steamed milk.

I went here on 07/10/22 Ordered my food ? Avocado on toast with poached egg? and an iced latte Latte arrived 40 min later and my food arrived 50 min later with a raw poached egg. The women here have the worst costumer service and the place is veryunderstaffed. The one girl that works in the kitchen with black hair is so rude. When I told her that her attitude stinks shetried to tell me that I was laughing and pointing at her. I?m a 35 yr old man I can tell you I wasn?t. They need to reevaluatetheir staff here. I will not be going back here

Just ordered a strawberry bliss toast and was charged $6.75 when the website says $4.75. I asked about the difference and the worker said they didn 't have any toast that was $4. I looked at the website and sure enough it said $4.75, and when Imentioned this, I was given excuses like the prices had gone up in the last 6 months/the site had a glitch. At first I thoughtit was an innocent mistake, but when I asked for a refund I was told they couldn 't find the price discrepancy. I showed them onmy phone and the worker said they 'd give me the difference, slammed $2 on the counter, and stormed to the back of the cafe. Itold her I didn 't appreciate the attitude because it 's not customers fault the website is incorrect, but she disappeared anddidn 't respond. My coworker was with me and was disgusted as well, I won 't be going back.

Had ice cream on a wafer cone. The ice cream was the size of a softball on this tiny cone. I had to eat it quickly before it melted on my hands. It was good, but a little too much. They only have one size. A waffle cone or bowl would have beenbetter.????

We stopped in for lunch while we were at the Kids Arts Festival. The food was delicious. We had three adults, two toddlers and an infant. The woman who took our order and then brought out food to us at the outside table could not have been any nicer ormore accommodating, including letting the toddlers split a smoothie and split a muffin.
