Parkway Prime Steakhouse Lounge

Sandy, our server was great. The food was not. The tenderloins in the salad were well instead of medium. The burger was also overdone. If you're going to be a steakhouse, you'd better have your beef temps correct. I mentioned the overdoneness to Sandy, but she said nothing could be done. She did give us a free piece of cake. Err on the side of caution and avoid this place.

It could have been a 5 if the bar manager had not decided to argue with one of the bar employees in front of everyone.

You enter through the main lobby, behind the front desk. Open air, somewhat loud, with modern hotel decor. So much happening when we were there (prom night)! Our waiter, Vee, was attentive. The steaks were well cut, but the temperatures were wrong. We ordered medium-rare but started getting to rare inside the second cut. We had ordered the mashed potatoes, au gratin potatoes, and asparagus for sides. They were all properly prepared and delicious. Service was very poor. We were the only table and service was extremely slow. Had to pour our own champagne bottle we ordered, and when the bottle was opened half of it overflowed. Food was ok. Location was good and view was nice but didn't make up for poor service.
