Delicious Chinese food!!! Today we got lemon chicken (a childhood classic , jumbo fried shrimp, pea shoots, fried calamari (a staple for my family , fish with bean curd and mushroom, and yee mein (remains as one of my favorite places for this . The lemon chicken was lightly crispy and had a delicious lemon sauce with a slight tang. The shrimp was slightly over cooked but still enjoyable. Fried calamari is a must order if you go here the seasoning of salt, white pepper, and garlic are perfect! The calamari is perfectly tender and the crust is wonderfully crisp! Finally the yee mein is something we always order here because it?s the best one (and I?ve tried many! . Wing Hing is an excellent place to eat really good Cantonese food and we?ve been coming back here for more than 10 years!

What an amazing experience. We had the lobster Cantonese style it was sweet and tender and savory and salty. The shrimp and walnuts the shrimp was dry and crispy on the outside but sweet and tender on the inside. It was delicious.
