Pret A Manger - City of New York

Today I happened upon a dish produced by this lovely establishment. I was quite pleased: it was very delectable.

Service is poor! We bought a lot of coffee etc but today staff not friendly… 2 guys say it’s doesn’t matter when u customer yesterday… management change ur staff who worked today at 11.. am

The staff member Mr. James is very nice and professional the rest of the staff as well. Very friendly atmosphere and the Chai Latte is the best.

I do not like to be discriminated or treated differently based on gender, ethnicity etc.. . I am just a customer like any other customers. I am a customer, not a person of other ethnicity to employees. Why do employees treat customers differently based on their race and gender. Every person who visits the store pay the same price, only I assume.It's unacceptable and unnecessary. Uncalled for.

This employee is the most raciest that exists. The employee named E k is VERY OFFENSIVE. What does this employee behind the counter think? 20th and 6th Avenue.
