Customer service was amazing in Cutler Bay location! All the staff were very helpful on my visit yesterday. The food WAS so good. Fresh ingredients served with a smile.
Super rude staff, would not recommend. They literally won't look at you in the eyes and yell if you don't respond fast enough.
Bad experience. Woman working Sunday 3/26/2023 5:15pm was extremely mean and rude with a horrific attitude. I ordered a Buffalo chicken with a few changes and she freaked out saying “just make ur own salad then” and threw the salad she started making when dumping it, after she made a mistake adding carrots. Slammed things and rolled her eyes the entire rest of the way and rude at check out.
