Dunkin' - City of New York

I arrived tonight at 8:45. Two young employees (I have their pictures) were in the store and the door was already locked. They refused to let me in even though I motioned to them by pointing to my wrist that it was not yet closing time.

This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts I have visited. The manager is superb!! She?s kind and very helpful!! She knows her customers

I come here often and it's usually kinda clean. Nothing bad about it. Cool staff.

It has seriously gone down from when it first opened. Never was great, but even worse now. They barely ever make the drink exactly how it is supposed to be made, I noticed so many people who work there are not wearing a mask. Your dealing with abeverage or food that you are making, are giving to people that are buying it. Act appropriate, put on a mask. Some of thefemale employee's have snotty attitude's as well. They need to get a manager there who will get appropriate, mature employee'sworking there. Not these kid's. Ridiculous.

Some white boy named matt cooked the F out of my bacon egg and cheese JUST how i like it (since other dunkin’s don’t make the bacon crispy) and made the most bomb coffee everrr without me even asking for any extra caramel. Will definitely be coming here again, ask for Matt!!!!
