Mcdonald's - City of Middletown

My number 1 complaint about every McDonald's today is that they make you wait at the pick up parking lot Even when you order at the window With that said the food was hot and fresh!Parking: PlentyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access

I stop here numerous times. Constantly food is forgotten because they tell to move up or park in a spot 1 or 2. Today I did mobile order told to move up got my food not my McFlurry. Called when I got home told I can come back today or another day to get it. Told have a nice day and hung up. Called back to speak with a manager to have them just refund the oreo since I did a mobile order the manager said no because I have to be there in order to refund it. Very quick and again hung up on me. This location has continued get worse and worse.

Very friendly staff, fast service and very delicious food!!

I ordered some food from mcdonalds on the mobile app. when i went to pick it up they told me they received nothing. i showed them 2 receipts for both orders i made. they ignored me and refused to help me in anyway what so ever.

I always enjoy their pounders, chicken mcnuggets, fries, and their fruit punch.
