Only one waiter for the whole restaurant, who was clearly overworked, meaning a few mistakes were made (wrong drinks, no glasses, no chopsticks etc). Found the self ordering system very difficult to use due to minimal phone signal, then once orders were placed there was no way of being able to view what we’d ordered. Many things missing from the menu no edamame, no choice of gyozas, kids bento didn’t have much choice only 3 available options and the rice that came wasn’t what was on the menu (no vegetables)… Overall a really disappointing experience of what was supposed to be a summer holiday treat during a day trip to London
The web app is painful to navigate, even though I knew I wanted Yakisoba from seeing it in the printed menu. The printed menu is far easier to browse. There's no search facility in the web app. All dishes should have a number as well as a name. When I found Yakisoba it was listed in the Big Bowls section of the app. But I didn't realise I was ordering the small version because a) the web app displays only one price (for the smaller portion) at the top b) the fact that there are two sizes to choose are hidden at the bottom and you need to realise to scroll down.
Food was delicious! very quick and fresh. staff seemed a bit on edge but overall we’re friendly and helpful
Some of the best sushi I have ate in my entire life, and the service especially by Noel was amazing.
