We visited on a late Friday afternoon between Christmas and New year, and it wasn 't too busy. Prices were relatively good compared with other pubs we visited....

Great local pub, friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. We didn’t venture upstairs or eat but certainly would based on what we saw today.
