I really enjoyed my visit as always thank you. I loved the variety of food and the warm environment with comfortable seating.

I am sorry to say that my experience at Sarchnar Restaurant on Edgware Road in London, UK was disappointing. As tourists from the United States, my wife and I decided to eat at this restaurant based on a recommendation. However, the customer service we received was lacking. When we asked to share a meal with appetizers and drinks, the staff member rudely insisted that we order separate meals. Despite trying to explain our situation, the manager also displayed poor customer service. Feeling disappointed, we chose to leave. It is unfortunate to encounter a business where customer service is not a priority. We do not recommend Sarchnar Restaurant to anyone visiting London, as it does not meet the standards of hospitality we expected.

No one answers calls to book and contact numbers are useless. needs improvement for customer service and hospitality. very rude

Food is excellent great taste and friendly staff food takes a little time as its cook to order. Lovely ambience and comfortable seating.

Amazing food , friendly staff , reasonable price , you will get free chai after your me . I really recommend this restaurant
