Firstly, the only good thing about this restaurant is the bar area with reasonable cocktails. Then we went into the restaurant area and the NOISE reverberating was intolerable. Considering the prices they charge, one wonders why they couldn’t invest a small amount on a few acoustic ceiling panels – they would transform the place. Food very very average. Wrong main course served to my daughter, and of course we had finished by the time her correct dish was served. Not one apology! Service charge CHARGED. Definitely an heir of arrogance about these people. I was so glad to get out of there and won’t be returning anytime soon!
I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant. The staff were rude, arrogant, and should not be in customer service. The food was cold and the pizzas were stodgy, making us feel sick and bloated all day. The undercooked dough was loaded with rubbery thick cheese that we couldn't even chew through. After being ignored multiple times, the waitress finally brought some sauce for the pizza, but threw the bowl on the table and stormed off. When I informed the manager that we wouldn't be paying the 15% service charge, they told me to ask their colleague for help with the bill without making eye contact. The prices were high for terrible food, worsened by the rude staff. Our entire day was ruined.
The food is way below average whilst the prices are greedy and high. Tried many dishes here and each one was below average from pasta to fish. They can’t even get the zucchini fritters or sweet potato fries not to be burnt black. The prices are a joke and the staff are arrogant the dining room is noisy as well. If it wasn’t in my neighbourhood I wouldn’t have gone back. The location is the only advantage.
My partner and I visited this restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere and service. Andrea, one of the owners, came to our table and we complimented him and his brother for opening such a beautiful establishment. For appetizers, my wife had a delicious mushroom in cream sauce and I had salmon sashimi, which could have used some avocado and chili for extra flavor. For our main courses, my wife had spaghetti and I had Penne all'arrabbiata, both of which were delicious. Overall, we had a lovely evening with no complaints, but there is always room for improvement.
