Some restaurants are solely focused on their food, without any extravagant decor or cultural displays. This particular establishment is a simple dining room with a DJ playing the latest Bollywood music. It is located near the Royal Oak railway station and does not have a website. A friend of mine, who is of Afghan descent, recommended this place as a popular spot for special occasions and family gatherings. They offer a menu that includes both Afghan and Iranian cuisine. Although my mother's family is originally from Afghanistan, she grew up in Pakistan and never incorporated Afghan flavors into her cooking.

This restaurant did not meet my expectations of Persian hospitality at all. I visited after reading a review in the newspaper and was disappointed. The staff was apathetic and unfriendly. Although we could see people inside, the entrance was blocked. I did not expect this. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This restaurant may not be the most secure, but it is easily accessible. The highlight is definitely the delicious, authentic Persian and Afghan cuisine. We tried the mantu and they were fantastic, with perfectly steamed dumplings filled with flavorful chopped meats and beautifully spiced lamb. While it can be a bit quiet during midday, the service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are great value for the quality of food you receive.

If they are looking for some delicious afghani eating, then they should definitely give this place a try! eating here is a real delicacies and worth a try. the service staff is thought about their needs and you feel welcome to be here. the great combination of various chutneys served with almost any dish is something that always fascinates me overall it is a good place!

I stay close to this place and its a great place to take family and friends for a good meal. The food here is always very appetizing and cooked perfectly. The place has an austere environment, and is family-run, which can be felt in the service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place.
