Mulgrave Country Club's Country Bistro

The staff at this restaurant is usually very good, and I have been coming here for a long time. However, my recent experience was the worst meal I have ever had. The chicken parmigiana was overcooked and dry, with very little sauce, low-quality ham and cheese, and undercooked chips. The only thing I could eat was the side salad. I'm disappointed and confused by this drastic decline in quality.

Twenty of us enjoyed a delicious lunch at the restaurant. We received excellent service from Fleur at our tables. Our meals were fantastic and we had no complaints. Well done!

I recently tried the Bistro after enjoying a meal at the Cafe. The food was once again delicious. In our group of four, three of us ordered the Seniors sweet and sour prawns while the fourth had the Seniors fish and chips. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The staff, as always, were exceptional and a valuable asset to the business.

We dined in cafe, which we enjoy very much. Sometimes we just order from cafe menu, sometimes from Bistro menu. That is the advantage of choice. We usually prefer the casual dining in cafe, but also enjoy the bistro area as well. The food is so good. So much choice

Their meals have become decidely worse over the past month. Seniors Battered fish on last visit was inedible and accompanying salad had over-ripe tomato which was slimy. Have decided to give this a miss for a while to see if the quality improves at all. Have been a member at venue for over 50 years.
