Haysung Korean BBQ - City of Knox

Enjoy the outdoor dinner at Haysung BBQ. The Korean menu was exotic, but well agreed with my palate. Although it was a busy day, we were well looked after by their employees. The seafood pancakes, takoyagi (octopus balls), pork and squids and kimchi...Fritter rice were extremely delicious. Meal mixes very well with the Korean OB beer. It was a beautiful alfresco dining experience.

Arrived on Saturday at 5.30 and the place jumped! We went for a solid menu and the quality of meat and secondary dishes was excellent. The service was very friendly and efficient. I'm back.

We had a few things, starting with Cheesy Tokboki and the BBQ. Although busy, the staff were friendly and also to help. The bbq was delicious and good.

Walk in this restaurant. The decor is ok, but would not be called inspiring. The menu is not the biggest, but maybe the small menu is why the food was so good. Less dishes made better, a winner. All the dishes we tried were very good, they came hot, delivered fast and the servings were pretty good. Hidden in the back street, but with the visit.

We tried the lunch specials which included beef bulgogi, spicy pork, and pork cutlets with fried prawn starters. All of the dishes were delicious and offered great value for the price. The restaurant is cozy and the staff is friendly.
