Bidrage med feedbackWe booked for the 1.00 Yum Cha session, arrived on time. Our name was on the top of the reservation list, they kept seating people without reservations with the same size parties. I don't want to sound racist but the people without reservations were Chinese. Finally at 1.25 our party was seated. The trolleys coming around very infrequently all had the same food we only had the choice of about 6 different items. When I asked for custard tarts I was told we should have come earlier. We have dined here twice before and thought the service was a tad off handed, this time the staff were just plain rude.We spent $180. you would think you would get better service. We will now take the family to other restaurants who are happy to serve us!
Rude waiter. Too lazy to explain menu written in chinese. Food not as ordered or described. Thumbs down for both service and taste.
It was much better under previous management and i believe now owned by Shanghai migrant owner(hearsay) which might not have the expectation of cantonese food should be like.To me the food is just average but expensive as 6 mains n tea for 7 pax cost us $170. we have sweet sour fish, veggies and 4 other main - nothing memorable ! free jelly for desert !They charge 5% for using an overseas credit (if you r visiting here from overseas , bad luck if you didn't bring cash ! Add insult to injury, cashier gave us dirty looks for not leaving any tip. At the price they charged us , they can afford above min wage .The place was 1/3 full on a sunday evening and this is not a good sign of value for money. I much prefer the old owners with truly cantonese flavours
We just returned from a dinner at this restaurant. From reception to waiting
Convenient, lots of parking and their yum cha is always consistent. Lots of locals turn up and the range of dishes is good.
